Cora and I were just talking about the storm and how lightning is "God's fireworks". She thought on it and told me:
"Mom, maybe heaven is upsidedown to us, so God's sky touches our sky and Her fireworks go up in Her sky and down to our ground?"
Woah.

Just had a late "before bedtime" entry:
Ryan asked Milly - in what I can only assume was a rhetorical question - "Why do you never listen to me?" But yet Cora went ahead and provided an answer. 100% NOT sarcastically she said "Because she doesn't like you? I mean, I don't know that for sure. It's just a guess. You know, my best guess." THAT was one belly laugh mom couldn't hold in!!
